The Department of Trade and Industry – Cagayan Provincial Office through its Investment Promotion Unit of the Business Development Division (BDD) is intensifying investment promotion efforts through the application of information technology and digital media resources as means of promoting the investment opportunities and business initiatives of the province.

In line with this, one of the identified strategies is the development of an Investment Information System (IIS) for the province of Cagayan. Through this system, potential investors could look for investment opportunities in the province through the comparison of investment-related information of different and identified Local Government Units (LGUs)
